Forgotten your password?
Students and teachers should contact the school administrator, who can look it up. Administrators reset their own password by email from the administrator sign-in page. Nobody else can see or change your password.

Checked before it is issued
Nothing can be submitted while a single score is missing, and only the administrator can publish a result to a parent.
Frozen once published
A published result sheet never changes. Corrections are issued as a new version, and the original is kept.

How a term works

Teachers enter results
Scores, attendance, behaviour and a remark for each child.

The administrator reviews, returns anything wrong, then approves.

Published results appear instantly, on screen or as a printable page.
Replacing the spreadsheets
The school kept its results in a set of workbooks where a single mistyped formula could put one child's marks on another child's report. This system was built so that particular mistake cannot be made.

A position in the arm
Every student is ranked within their arm — 1st, 2nd, 3rd — with the number in class beside it.
Averages to 2 decimal places
Each average is shown as 84.53%, so two close results are never printed as a tie.
A teacher for every subject
Subject teachers enter their own scores; a form teacher records attendance and remarks.
